Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia — May 23, 2024– Admiralty Capital Group (ACG), a newly launched venture capital firm (VC) on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia, today announced the appointment of Amanda Andriano as Head of Talent and Chief of Staff. She will be the firm’s first Executive Team hire and play a pivotal role in building the investment team and mentoring the founders of high-growth potential startups within the portfolio.

Amanda will be responsible for integrating leadership imperatives into the firm’s deal thesis through talent-focused due diligence and the performance optimisation of investments. She will help identify, nurture and empower the most talented founders and teams while partnering with critical stakeholders across the business to create alignment. Additionally, as chief of staff, Amanda will drive the alignment and execution of ACG’s strategy and ensure operational excellence.

Biography:
Amanda is a management consultant and talent specialist with over 20 years of international experience in leadership and talent strategy, executive coaching and culture development. She specialises in strategy formulation, executive facilitation, assessing and developing leaders and driving change. Amanda was most recently focused on C Suite assessment coaching and development at YSC in Hong Kong. Prior to that she worked on enterprise talent and culture at ANZ bank with a focus on C Suite succession and development.”
